Online Warranty Registration

If you have a copy of your Miele invoice from the delivery of your appliance (for purchases other than Vacuums or a Project builds), there is no requirement for you to register your warranty. Your details have already been added to our database.

For purchases of Vacuums or a Project builds, you can register your new product by filling in the Online Warranty Registration Form. Registering these products will enable us to contact you in the unlikely event that a safety modification is issued.

All Miele domestic appliances come with a free 2-year parts and labour warranty. Miele will correct, free of charge, any defects in material or workmanship for a period of 2 years, subject to the terms of our Guarantee.

Details on our warranty can be found in a separate "Guarantee document", which is supplied with every appliance.
